On cycle, mild gyno flair up, please assist

Good day members,

Currently in week 7 of cycle (Test, Deca, A-bombs kicker, Cycle can be found under cycle discussion tab). But 600mg test e, 490mg deca PW.

So I've noticed a slight lump and a bit of sensitivity when touching it in my left nip, my guess is I was running too low a dose of adex as I've been using 10 drops (0.4mg) 2x week as opposed to 1mg a week, I will adjust to around 15 drops x2 a week from this week going forward?

I've also been running vitamin B6 ED 50mg, nipples aren't puffy/lactating so I suspect no progesterone related gyno.

My question thus revolves around what treatment options I should employ to reverse/stop this worsening.

1. Do nothing and continue the Adex at the stipulated dose, will it disappear over time?

2. Run nolva 40mg 1 week then 20mg the next week and 3rd week taper down to 10mg as hopefully gyno by this time will be reversed?

3. Bring out the letro which I'm a bit opposed to as it is extremely powerful and crushes estrogen levels, also what is the dosage I should take of this is the advised option, 0.25mg E3D? For how long?

You are following all the rules in the book, but your Adex dose is fucking up your balance.

Change your dose to 10 drops ED for 1 week, let me know. Then we will see if you will need the Nolva @ 20mg ED

We will also change the adex dose, but first give this a bash.

Thank you Oupa, I appreciate your advice. Will start hitting the Adex as suggested from tomorrow (today was dosing day for the Adex luckily).

By next Monday we can re-assess the situation and take it from there as you say, I'm avoiding touching the area so will continue to do so until Monday which hopefully will be lump free and non-sensitive.

Take a round plaster and cover your nipples when your wearing shirts. Works wonders to prevent shit

Reporting back as follows:

Sensitivity has definitely decreased, I can prod and poke it without feeling much at all.

Size is a bit reduced, I'd say it's between BB to pea.

It's not quite at the surface of the nipple if that makes sense, just below. I think I've caught it in its very early stages.

What are your thoughts on the next course of action to take?

Hi Bud, up the dose to 15 drops for 7 days. Then looking to add nolva and 25 drops if its not gone.

If that doesnt work, we can still try something else, but i am sure it will be gone
