How to treat hypogonadism.

I am a 46 year old male that did a number of cycles during college football in the 90s. I did not do any PCT.

I really didn't suffer any problems until 10 years after college when I was exposed to toxic mold and it completely screwed me up and put me in bed for 4 years while the Doctors couldn't figure out what the problem was.

I am out of bed, but I recently had my testosterone tested and it was only 220. I went to a local HRT Doctor, but all he wanted to do was put me on testosterone for the rest of my life.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with treating hypogonadism with HCG, Nolvadex, Clomid. Or HMG and Triptorelin.

I read that Triptorelin will restart HPTA in one start.

So basically I am overwhelmed and not sure what to do. Open to any ideas.

Was the HRT Dr and endocrinologist? If not I'd suggest to go see one, they will most certainly know how or at least try kick start things, if not you at that age that TRT might just be the answer.

I have a mate same age that’s struggled with low T (never done a cycle, he is a triathlete). He has been to numerous endocrinologists without any success. His test bounces around 150-250. The protocols they have had him on make no sense to me, last one was low dose masteron, with Letrozole and Proviron - can only guess to try tank his estrogen with the Letro, increase DHT with the masteron and drop SHBG with the Proviron. He may as well have eaten a box of smarties..he feels like crap and my opinion has tried all the options and should just go on HRT. Possibly you will have better success.

Let's see it unravels.. If no luck, I'll give admin the name of a guy who will sort it out for the oke. Not using funny stuff like that..

Admin, would it be possible to somewhere put a listing of knowledgeable TRT and PED friendly doctors somewhere?

In my opinion, a lot of gear users and TRT candidates feel absolutely isolated because their local medicross doctor knows about as much about optimal testosterone/hormone levels as my cocker spaniel.... And when things go wrong they typically turn to broscience or dodgy internet resources that guide them in the totally wrong way because they have no idea who to speak to...

I've seen lots and lots of people recover with Dave Palumbo's protocol. Especially if you are above 180 to 220

I'm one of the guys that have totally cocked my HPTA axis up, working with a great endo, I say once you get to around 35 to 40, its definatly worth working with a blood specialist.. I did have to go through the ringer to find the right guy, but I have.
