I searched but got no luck
I need to know the ratio of iu:units
I need to dose 500iu
How many units is 500iu?
The insulin syringe is dosed in units

Huh? I can't give you the iu without the ml to product ratio ... eg: 5ml water with a strength of 5000iu.

The whole vial is 5000iu
I need to inject 500iu
But the insulin syringe is measured in units
