Hi , Admin, Oupa or 00pump
Please assist me here. Recently completed my PCT no.3 and just got this result back from the doc. I'm not too clued up on the way they've set it out here so I'd appreciate any help to make better sense of these results. Due to cost I couldn't do a very extensive test to get everything checked, so I realise there might be some important things missing, but it's the best i could do for now. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Tnx.

For a guy around 40 your TT and free T is pretty low but not low enough to concern any doctors. But since you have been using PEDs you will probably feel worse at these levels than than the average guy who isn't used to any sarms and AAS.

You probably just need more time to recover, and remember that sleep, stress, body fat and diet all play a huge role in your T levels as well.

To add to what MA said. Get your bodyfat low, I'm not talking sub 10, but lowish 12 or so. Eat a well structured diet. Stay away from toxins, alcohol, etc. Sleep is key.. Metabolic strain from overtraining without enough rest, correct nutrition or just purely overdoing it will also have an effect. You can then look at supplements thereafter.. But bodyfat, diet, sleep should be your key focus points. If that doesn't help (which I'm certain it will) then you can say you have exhausted many options in trying to raise those values naturally.

Thanks for the feedback Muscleaddict, I've just completed PCT no. 3 after quite a heavy cycle so I wasn't expecting high levels, but yes I have been battling with low T for a while. It hasn't been extremely low to the point where it's affected me badly but it's been lower than general levels for guys my age. Training hard and consistent and keeping diet in check has helped me tremendously, but I realise that with gear it will happen. Anyway i appreciate the feedback. Quick question, rule of thumb how long must you wait after completion of PCT to start a new cycle?? I usually wait for 3-4 weeks. Is that okay?

Appreciate the advice 00pump, can't say I'm getting the best quality of sleep, but it's not bad. Trust me, when I'm on cycle I'm really strict ito diet and avoiding substances like alcohol. But I'll make sure to focus on these key points no matter what. As mentioned to Muscleaddict I have been battling lower T levels lately. Thinking of doing a slightly lighter cycle this time round to see how my body reacts on cycle and also after PCT.

No, that's not long enough to recovery properly especially if you are doing the cycling on and off constantly.

The tried and tested method for many moons has been: time on + pct = time off. So 10 week cycle + 4 weeks pct = 3 months off. But most guys including myself struggle to wait so long. That's why so many of us end up on TRT.
