So, without going into too much detail as I really don't want to get into it. Off the bat, I know, I know, you guys must think how can you need help with a Pct? That's the most important part of your cycle and should be planned and prepared for first. I fully agree but my cycle and Pct was supposed to be sorted out for me as I go along, was being coached but am now no longer so this is where I am currently.
Just want to maintain where I am and recover.
Lost quite abit of weight, was essentially a cutting/ comp ready cycle, I did run t3 and clen if anyone was wondering.
I have currently finished a 12 week cycle consisting of:
Week 1 - 5
Test Enan 250mg 3x week
Mast Prop 100mg 3x week
Equi 250mg 2x week
Turinabol 20mg am 20mg pm
Arimidex 0.5mg daily
Nolva 20mg daily
Week 5 - 8
Test Enan 250mg 3x week
Mast Prop 100mg 3x week
Equi 250mg 2x week
Arimidex 1mg daily
Nolva 20mg daily
Week 8 - 12
Test Enan 250mg 3x week
Mast Prop 100mg 3x week
Tren Ace 100mg 3x week
Winstrol 50mg daily
Proviron 50mg am 75mg pm
Arimidex 1mg daily
Nolva 20mg daily
As I'm still waiting for Pct to begin I am currently bridging with:
Winstrol 50mg daily
Proviron 50mg am 75mg pm
Arimidex 0.5mg daily (just dropped form 1mg - tapering down)
Nolva 20mg daily
A few questions, advice would be greatly appreciated,
Can I carry on as is and then start Pct 3 as per the forum?
Would it be okay to leave out the hcg?
Lastly Diet wise,
Should I be at or slightly above maintenance calories once on Pct?
Will be doing weights (3 heavy weight sessions and 2 light "pump" sessions) and cardio (20min low intensity) 5x a week.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
