Please help! My first PCT

Good morning all.
I just finished my first hormonal cycle consisting of 250 Testosterone Enantate each week. For 16 weeks
My last injection was 8 days ago, I have:
- Clomid 50mg
- Nolvadex 20mg
- ACG (ovitrelle 250ug 0.5ml approximately 6.500IU.
My questions:
1- how will my PCT be, for 250 T. Enantate 16 weeks?
2- how I will use the dosage of Acg (ovitrelle 0.5ml?

1: Read the PCT article and follow No 2: www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/9-post-cycle-therapy
2: Replace the HCG 500iu from No 2 with 20mcg of your Ovitrelle.

You will need sterile water to dilute your Ovitrelle so that you can measure out the 20mcg more accurately. Drawing such a small dose from the 0.5ml is going to be impossible. Add another 1.5ml sterile water so that your 250mcg in concentrated into a total of 2ml. Then draw 0.16ml using an insulin syringe from that to get the 20mcg you need to inject.

If you have the click pen it's even easier, 2 clicks and it will last you 21 days.

Each to their own on sides, we not all the same but have a pretty good idea of wtf is going on.

I also wanna hear of the gains on a 16 week 250mg/week Enanthate golden cycle so I can laugh.
