Question:
I made the decision to completely go off. For the sake of comfort and the fact that I'm not sure if I can afford any future surgeries of any kind. I used for about 5 to 6 years with pct and 2 month breaks in between.
I'm weak now and fat loss is much much harder. I'm even trying cardio and dieting to some degree.
Has anyone else experienced this? What can be done? Is this simply an issue of muscle activation? Will this simply take several years to calibrate? Also feel like shit on busy days (emotionally).
Oh and my balls are fine and so is sex drive.

I don't care what anyone says, people become overthinkers when smoking the stuff, and they say it helps with anxiety, yet I've never seen it. unless you smoke it before bed for the sleep benefits, I wouldn't smoke it during the day as when it comes to dieting, you are going to be in a place where inhibitions are low, and munchies kick in you are going to give into temptation and you will blow progress out the water in a very short space of time.
