Post juice lifestyle fixes (fat loss and hormones)

Good afternoon.

My background:
Juice -> mostly test and dbol, clomid, letro, deca, tren. Plus weed..
On:
Lifts -> squat at 320,bench at 210, deads at 280 (keep it to yourself if you recognize me plz).
Metrics -> bw at 105 with 11%bf

Now:
Lifts are 250, 165 and 240.
Bw at 103 and bf at 14-16%.
Still got weed tho..

Question:
I made the decision to completely go off. For the sake of comfort and the fact that I'm not sure if I can afford any future surgeries of any kind. I used for about 5 to 6 years with pct and 2 month breaks in between.
I'm weak now and fat loss is much much harder. I'm even trying cardio and dieting to some degree.
Has anyone else experienced this? What can be done? Is this simply an issue of muscle activation? Will this simply take several years to calibrate? Also feel like shit on busy days (emotionally).

Oh and my balls are fine and so is sex drive.

You should get blood work done.
Did your HPG axis recover?
T levels, E2 etc etc

first off, how long have you been off the gear for? what is your calorie intake, how often are you training, and what blood work have you done?

Natural fat loss is shit because you can't be as aggressive with diet and cardio, as you do eat away into muscle.

also as a natural, you are going to have to scale back training volume a lot, sort've RPE 8 with 2 or 3 in reserve, only 1 set to failure per muscle group. no more training to failure.. moderate/high intensity less sets more frequency, and pray to god you recover.
you are going to have to have higher fat than if you weren't enhanced for optimal hormone levels. so going really low fat is going to be a thing of the past. Have you had caliper readings that you get to your 14-16% body fat or is it a guestimation?

honestly, weed is an issue for emotions. I don't care what anyone says, people become overthinkers when smoking the stuff, and they say it helps with anxiety, yet I've never seen it. unless you smoke it before bed for the sleep benefits, I wouldn't smoke it during the day as when it comes to dieting, you are going to be in a place where inhibitions are low, and munchies kick in you are going to give into temptation and you will blow progress out the water in a very short space of time.

I like to use weed when i go full out for 10 weeks. I get in a state of mind where i meditate focusing on what i just did and trained, and how the torn fibers and growing and shit. For me personally, this works during those periods. When i am just chilling, no weed, just a good whiskey or 3 at night to slow shit down.
