How long to wait after PCT until next cycle was created by 88

Some guidance please. I went on the 70 day LP oral primo and proviron cycle. Gained 4kg. Starting with the clomid and nolvadex 37 day PCT. How long must I wait after the PCT before I can start with a cycle again? I understand it depends on person to person, but in general.

Time on = time off + 4 weeks on average
