so the day of your last injection : 48-56 days later is when you should start your PCT. starting a pct when you still have exogenous (injected) hormones in your system is going to be a waste of time because you are trying to make your body push the accelerator ( produce its own hormones again) but whilst there is still exogenous hormones floating around your system, you are pushing on the brakes.
so in order to allow your body to push the accelerator you have to wait until all the hormones are out the system which takes 3-5x the length of the longest ester. now using boldenone it has an undecyclenate ester which is a 16 day half life. so 3x 16 days is 48day ( 7 weeks) but to be safe 5x is the best length to wait. so 5x16 is 90 days AFTER your last injection do you start your PCT.
