pct trib/zinc/nolva

Hi there, what's your guys take on running trib/zinc/nolvadex as a pct?

tribulus terrestis 2000mg morning and evening 21days
zinc 30mg morning and evening 21days
20mg nolvadex 30days

i wouldnt waste your time spending money on tribulus,if u are going to spend that amount of money fro tribulis for pct u could afford HCG or even clomid...

thanks djeasye, thing is i can't get hcg and i do have the trib/zinc on hand, will it work as an effective pct

Novice has a point it depends from what cycle you coming from but almost 90 % i can tell you no. ZMA cannot be a good or even sufficient pct..

so get hold of clomid...tribulis is useless...anything where test is used and shut down is caused then hcg should be used...

cycle is pretty mild

week 1 dbol 30mg and sust 250 e5d
week 2 dbol 30mg and sust 250 e5d
week 3 dbol 30mg and sust 250 e5d
week 4 sust 250 e5d
week 5 sust 250 e5d
week 6 sust 250 e5d
week 7 sust 250 e5d
week 8 sust 250 e5d

that is it.

hcg is not likely for me to get.

I will try and get clomid, and nolva I do have.

Clomid and Kessar should cover you there, add some natural test boosters and start taking in the first week after your last shot. They tend to piggy back nicely on the declining erogenous test levels and inclining natural levels. Opinions differ, as you can see, but I personally like to include them in my PCT.
