PCT

Howzit.

I keep getting tuned on forums cos i dont know what PCT is.

Please can someone just tell me? what is the purpose of a PCT and what happens if you do not use one?

Lastly what is a good one to use after anvar oxydrolone.

my pct i always use pregnal (HCG)
clomid
an Ai
clenbuterol (ketotifen)
and milk thistle and cranberry juice extract, for me liver and kidneys, from pct for bout 3 months after.

So if i was to use Oxandrolone for 6 weeks then my post cylce therapy would be 6 weeks?
Im going for mainly fat reducing and strength gaining here, i do not want to become any heavier! already 120 kgs

no.... you don't make the PCT for the length of time your cycle is, I do around 30 days that includes my pregnyl in the first week.

I might be mistaken but I believe jo1 is saying he uses <quote> and milk thistle and cranberry juice extract, for me liver and kidneys, from pct for bout 3 months after. </quote> for 3 months...

But things like clomid and / or nolva (kessar) is done for only a limited peroid.

The best way to know if your levels are back or not is to do blood work and check your test levels.

For Oxandralone, you could do one course of Clomid to be safe... 1 tabs a day for 5 days, then 5 days off, then 1 tabs a day again for 5 days.
1 Pack of Clomid = 10 Tabs.

Hope this helps.

BUT, if you were on a cycle of Test etc, then you would need a much stronger PCT.
