If your test levels are dropping then muscle repaire duration is reduced which is why you are getting muscle pains. Part of it may also be in your mind because mentally you are aware that coming off cycle is gonna result in muscle pains

Dont think its in my mind, but my thought were heading in the direction that the decrease in test is to blame, but thanks B for just confirming what i thought.

Is it just one isolated muscle or are all your muscles sore? Coming off test and pushing the same amount of weight as you were while on test may have caused you to injure yourself

Yep addictive is the right word, thats how women end up looking like men, they get addicted. If you can maintain as much muscle as possible and stick to the same weights you shouldn't lose too much strength, just ensure your muscles get enough rest and nutrients

It's important to push as hard as you can coming off cycle to maintain muscle stres stimulous and thus tell your body it needs to hold onto its gains. However this is the one time when you really need to listen to your body, because this is when your most prone to overtraining and injury! Be careful bro

My muscles start hurting if I have been training hard for a few months without taking a week off.

Yup and as Inja said, you need to push, but at the same time you need to rest... this is the time to make sure you not going to party on the weekend and make sure you sleep 9 hours at night and you have sufficient ammounts of protein... you are very prone at this point to over training / getting sick and losing all gains...

eat healthy dude....

This is very very true. You are now looking good dont ruin it by the weekend partying. Dont smoke dont drink dont do any party drugs (if you do any of that) because you can very easily waste all your effort. SOme guys recommend to push hard but some people recommend to push less with more rest and less intensity. I have even read on some other BB sites where people take a week off training during their PCT.

I have done this and lost 3kg's muscle so on my next cycle I am going to train harder as you suggest during PCT and give this a try. ;)

yes, remeber one thing you can keep 'all gains' that doesn't mean you will keep 'all weight' so that 3kgs could have been lost even if you carried on training... it could have as Lesa said been allot of water that you lost...

thats why allot of people do their creating loading during their PCT...

Very good going man :)

Look at starting a cycle around Feb next year... i'm also going to finish soon and then i'll do the same... the longer the break the better your gains will be next cycle as your receptors will be fresh...

I am also starting clen with PCT. I have read that this helps with maintaining, but in your expert opinions, will clen help solidify my gains?

it will help keep you anabolic while your natrual test levels get back in shape so 2 weeks on clen should really help... ill be doing the same, but low dose of clen as I have issues with my heart and blood pressure and and and.... lol

Well I lost the 3kg's during PCT and then putt 2kg's back on after PCT. :) I kept most of my gains, gained 8kg's then dropped 3 and gained 2 back. So all in all happy. :)

Yes that's what I meant. The reason you grow so quickly on gear is because of the increased test levels and hence increased muscle recovery time.
