how do u know if u have gyno?

ok this may sound like a stupid question but how do u know if you have gyno or prone to gyno,is it like seriously noticable? will u start developing breast like a female as in large cups or is it hard masses behind the nipple? are there different forms of it?are some forms easier to get rid than others? i know batman posted something in one of the threads about a drug that can reverse the effects,but i cant find the post just trying to find out about this and if i have it...

Aaaah thank u jo1.I remember reading the thread but can't remember which thread it was.

The enlarged breast tissues can consist of fat, gland or a combination. The gland can be a solid button or small fingers spreading into the chest fat.

Usually you will notice your nipples to become quite puffy (fatty) and the areola might increase in size as well. If you have gyno and you flex your chest you will notice that part of your chest (breast :blink: ) will stick out.

I have used quite large dosages of Testosterone with nothing happening, but about one to two days after I add something with progesterogenic activity (Nandrolone and Trenbolone) things start to change. The first thing that appears is the puffiness and a few days later my chest will start itching... by this time there's clear signs of small glands spreading across my chest.

I came from a big 29% bf and had quite a bit of fat around my nipple area. This has decreased dramatically since i'm around 12% now, but i still have some(together with the last of the love-handles).
My nipples, when in the sun, are also puffy.
Does this mean i am doomed because of the sloppy life-style previously?

Yeah Jack, that sounds like gyno to me. At 12% bodyfat you shouldn't have chest fat issues anymore and the fact that they are puffy in the sun (warmth) also makes me think that you have a slight case of gyno.

That means that anyone that lets their weight go a bit will probably have the same issue which isn't steroid related at all.
What are my options here?

Yes, but it doesn't happen to everyone with a high bodyfat percentage, but there is an increased risk of developing gyno.

See if you can get Arimidex or even better, Letro.

admin, i have arimidex on hand incase it gyno starts. Would it better to not use nolvadex? if not, why? And what dosage will i be needing? Please reply.

i think i am in the same boat as u cuz,3 years ago i was 115kgs and had never ever seen the inside of a gym,i dropped 30kgs before my 21st birthday and i have now put on some quality size,my skin dont fit my body and it just kak,still high body fat % seeing i let myself go last year winter...

admin would arimdex reverse the effects of gyno,i seem to carry sort estrogenic fat deposits,like quite sizey love handles and fat on the inner thight,water retention is also happens quite easily and my GP perscribed me a mild diuretic to combat this,also drink 2-3 liters of water daily...

I find the best test for gyno is when your around any infant- if they are drawn towards you for no reason and try to breastfeed then you might have a slight case. Its called the breasfeed test- very scientific and all that:P

Hi guys.

I just finished a cycle of depotrone and dianabol. I have some of the symptoms mentioned about gyno. My question is where can i get my hands on some Arimidex? Can I get some from my local pharmacy? Any help will be appreciated.

I also have slight symptoms, but they relate to a cycle I did about 10 years ago. Is it too late for me to try something to get rid of the symptoms now? It's nothing too hectic, just a slight puffiness around the nipple area.

@ Craig - A-dex is prescription stuff and not over the counter. Maybe Kessar will be a better bet here and allot cheaper. 20mg per day for min 21 days and you can up that to 40mg if 20 is not doing anything. I take it you had no PCT either, not good.


@ hotshot - A cycle 10 yrs ago and you still have gyno symptoms ???? Damn, why you not go and see a doctor? I am not sure what to suggest as I suspect the damage might be permanent due to you waiting so long, if gyno is the diagnosis. Many people mistake gyno for excess body fat and sure it's not that? Get a medical opininon and take it from there. You may be treating something that is non existant...... Damn, 10 years .....

Ja, I know - I'm a bit slow. Anyway, I don't think it is. Just thought that if there is a possibility of treating it I would try and see. Might be excess body fat. I am at around 15.5% at the moment so i'll see what it's like when I drop some more.

I presume then I can get Kessar over the counter then. Will clomid by itself be a good enough PCT for the cycle I was on? I am planning to do another cycle in three or so months.Can Clomid be bought over the counter.

Well no and no, both Clomid and Kessar are prescription again and for PCT I would recommend some HCG as well. Maybe Conan can jump in here with dosages as he has more knowledge around that and it has been a hot debate as of late.

Craig if you have just finnished a depo test and d/bol course you should have +/- 11-14 days before PCT starts,now if you have gyno symptoms Pregnyl can aggravate this problem (in future always keep kessar clomid,or funds allowing ,arimadex on hand in case of gyno problems crop up-because the sooner you treat this problem the better your chance of recovery)ideally you should make an effort to get hold of a couple of tabs of arimadex (4 or 5- 1mg tabs will do)and take 1/2 a tab(0.5mg)per day for6- 8 days I would leave out the pregnyl if your course was 6 weeks or less ,if longer use only 250iu's every 2nd day for as long as you're on the arimadex then after 14 days from your last depo shot start Kessar at 40mg the first day then use 20mg /day for 4 weeks (hopefully after 4-5 days of arimadex your symptoms would have disappeared )if you cant get arimadex leave the Pregnyl and start taking 20mg/day kessar right now and run that for six weeks (dealing with the gyno is the first thing to do)after 2 weeks of kessar you could run clomid @50mg/day for 10 days (if you ran a high dosage depo-d/bol cycle for longer than 6 weeks)this all might sound complicated to you so a good idea might be if you dont understand this write down dosages and length of time and when you had your last shot of your course and I can help you from there

My last shot was on 26 March.
I have gotten my hands on Kessar and Clomid. I have taken one Kessar yesterday when I got the stuff, and one this morning. Will it still be worth it to get Arimadex. What is the estimated price? (I get the feeling it is expensive)


I must also mention that the symptoms are definitely there, but it is not nearly as bad as the stuff i see on the net. I have "puffy ichy stiffy" nipples, that just does not look so good in a tight shirt.

I got good results from this cycle, and would like to do another one in Aug, before i start with lots of cardio, please advise me on a PCT aswell. I want to do it safe and properly.

Sorry to get back to you so late ,Yes Arimadex is f@#ken expensive ,up to R1800 for 30 tabs.Carry on with the Kessar for a full 30days and I would advise taking the Clomid starting today for at least 10 days @50mg/Day(now thats if you hav'nt got A-dex)If you can get the Arimadex it would be a massive help (even if you can only get 3 or 4 tabs) ,break them in half (0.5mg) and take it now for 6 to 8 days (stop the Kessar while taking Arimadex you dont want to waste money)then start the Kessar and Clomid again and you should have no problems

Sweet Brother, boobies never look good in T-Shirts and next time pls get a supplier that will advise you properly or equip yourself so you can ask for all the compounds you need. Like Conan said, sort the gyno out and then get your bodies natural test production up and running as it was. If you can't get the A-dex and the 20mg Kessar doesn't help after 5 days, then bump it to 40mg per day till the gyno subsides and you can go back to the 20mg per day for the remainder of the time.

Let us know how you progress rather sooner than later.
