PCT course (deca) - feedback

ran deca/test en for 11 weeks , last 5 weeks deca 525mg/week and test 600mg week

1 week before last shot took 250iu pregnyl
1 day after last shot took 250iu pregnyl + started .50mg letro/per day

plan is:

PREGNYL - 5 days after last pregnyl shot to take 1500 iu every 5 days for 20 days


LETRO - continue with letro for a total of 20 days ********(or should i stop this when i start clomid ?) not 100% sure on how much and how long to run letro - any advice pls


CLOMID - clomid starts after 17 days of last shot: 100mg for 5 days then 50mg for 10 days more

*** 10MG DIANABOL PER DAY for 2 weeks - starting after 17 days of last shot

y are u taking dianabol in your pct? no good if u ask me, also i would run winstrol for 14 days after your last shot,then 1 week into the winstrol start your hcg at 500ius 3times a week,when your winstrol is finished run 100mg of clomid for 10days and then 50mg of clomid for another 10days,after that u should be able to run 20mg of kessar for 30days.

you wanna run dbol for 14days during your pct? i find that stupid honestly u are trying to get your body back to normal and recover from aas usage so why are u adding that in to your pct.

its in doctaris pct recommendation - but im also hesitant on it. just wanted feedback on that and obviously u agree. thats helps.
why winstrol then? eca/clen after cycle will that assist?

on hcg - i really need it if you know what i mean. is 500 x 3 /week enough ?

winstrol for 2 weeks post last shot as u have a 2 week lag period where the injected esters are leaving the body so u can start pct straight away so whyt not use a short acting oral like winstrol that can make u loose some water,heat or clen are fine,load the creatine as well...

500ius 3 times a week is 1500ius a week,its more than enough if u ask me,it has worked perfect for every cycle i have done....

Not sure what's going on in your post but just wanna make sure you run a SERM at the same time as HCG and more importantly after HCG. This helps in the first case to prevent gyno and in the second to combat the short HPTA crash following HCG

1 - i am taking 1000iu every 5 days for total of 4 shots. the first shot was 1 week after my last test/deca injection.

2 - i will take 100mg clomid for 5 days + 50mg for 10 days thereafter , starting 15 days after my last test/deca injection.

3 - i have letro available but not sure if it should be incorporated somehow ???

taking 5000mg vit c + 1000 iu vit e + good multivit per day, and diet still same

Well then you are stopping HCG 27 days after your last shot and you SERM 30days after your last shot. This is not enough SERM after the HCG. You should run a SERM a few weeks after HCG, especially following a nandrolone cycle.

if i add letro at .25mg for 30 days ?

also would it be beneficial if i drop the last hcg injection?

It wont be beneficial to drop the last inject but you can do it. But that still leaves you with one week of SERM after you stop the HCG. This can work with lower doages and without nandrolone but in this instance I personally think you need a longer SERM protocol. You could start taking the letro a bit earlier in PCT than you are now. Better in the last portion of the cycle to assure negative feedback ends when androgen levels drop, but you still need to run a SERM after letro...
I think you should just get a box of kessar or a few more of clomid and run them after your HCG...
Deca is one drug you can lose a lot of mass from if you don't have a solid PCT.
