As long as you on cycle (test) I think its a requirement. Don't want a blowup fish for a prostate...

Ive got a mate in a similar position, although his is from using NNP (esentially Deca if im not mistaken). Been pretty much flat for the last 2-years i think but same symptoms so will point him to this thread maybe something good can come of it.

Boys does noboddy have something else to say here?

Deca is harsh on recovery. Has he tried HCG and nolva to get things kickstarted?

With Deca it's often a case of doing an extended or additional PCT to get things going again.
Best bet though is to get blood work on sex hormones and figure out the problem and what its nature...
Also he can try perpetual forced masturbation once a day. Sex, arousal, and ejaculation do actually help with raising testosterone post cycle...

I am suffering from the same persistant side effects of finasteride as Mr Palmer 1 year after quitting fin. I have recently gone for SCIO treatment to help determine what is wrong with me. The machine was surprisingly accurate and highlighted certain nutritional deficencies such as low vitamin D, low vitamin B12, low omega 3 and 6 levels. I am now on supplements to correct these deficencies. So far I have had no improvement in my libido although my stress levels are down and my mood is better. I would like to get into contact with Mr Palmer to discuss this problem. There is a much better chance of figuring this out if we work together. Im currently working with a naturapath who is trying to resolve any nutritional deficiencies. So far we know I am low on zinc which I know is responsible for testosterone production. I may also be low on the neurotransmitter dopamine.

I have been taking zinc for around 3 months now with no success. I am currently taking Dopamine pre-cursors.

Next we will look more closely into Vitamin D and Iodine. Although i am already taking both as a precaution.

It would be interesting to know if anyone else has recovered from Finasteride induced problems using SCIO.

Also is SCIO available worldwide?

A hormone imbalance takes time, you on the right track (I wouldn't go the chemical route this time) as you just get a negative effect from something else.

What is your test levels on paper (correct?) I notice my test levels are perfect on paper yet i have no libido. You need to work out where the issue is. I know sometimes issues come in where the muscle around the prostrate is tense an a alpha blocker can help in this regards which will help you maintaine a woody

PS I found doc's PCT is really working for me, in YEARS I have had no libido on cycle or off... I'm talking no libido on 900mg + of test... Now i'm waking up in the night and have a woody, sheesh makes me feel like i'm a teenager again.

My free T was below the bottom of the range before I started TRT. I have recently found out that I may have been using too smaller dose with the T. Since doubling the dose to what is considered "normal TRT" I am getting wood early in the morning and its getting stronger each day. Still no libido but its only been about a week and a half.

Also I beleive I was driving my E too low with Arimidex. I mistook low T for High E and drove it too low - I think.

Yup similar problem with me with (Letro) that stuff really can screw you up properly...

My issue is I have the slighest Estrogen increase and get gyno, so I have no choice. So what I need to do is just find a balance, extend my PCT till I get my libido back.

Products like HCG / Clomid / Nolva can at times increase Libido and other times supress it, so I want to make sure my PCT is complete then move away from them.

Yes, SCIO is available worldwide, but you need to see a SCIO consultant the first time you go. It works really really well, I would suggest you go see them. If you need a consultants number, lemme know.

What is the going rate for these?

They have a system in Rivonia, you don't pay for consultation, however they give you a script for what you need and you buy it at their pharmacy. The nice thing is the script you can claim back from Medical Aid (well I can seeing i'm on discovery and I get X ammount of natrual medicine for free)

Guys i'm still convinced a proper PCT can resolve this... If you read that article I pasted under general on Clomid, even for fertility it can takes months before you have any sperm cells and what you have is shooting blanks... I'm over stocked with this PCT, I still have 7 days left. Once finished i'm going to run clomid on it's own for another week. I'm doing a proper power PCT...

Please note what doc said in his article this is 'minimum PCT' required.

Was thinking more in the lines of general well-being. Not for fertility treatment.

Netro, the going rate is about R400-R500 per session, your first one is 2 hours long. Even if you are in London and the practitioner is in JHB, they can work on you remotely.
