ANOTHER NEWBIE IDIOT in desperate need of help

Hey guys

I need some help pretty badly. Before i get absolutely flamed by all, please know that i flame myself everyday for being a complete moron and for using gear with zero knowledge!!

My problem is that i have been on gear now for 9 months solid and i have no idea on the correct PCT, i have done a lot of reading but truth be told, there isn't much advice on PCT for a 9 month cycle. (YES I KNOW WHAT AN IDIOT) this is what i took

first 4 months

500mg/week sus
400mg/week deca

after the 4 months i have just been taking 300mg/week Pfizer Cypionate for the 5 months after that (until now)make sense?

So now i have Clomid and HCG 5000iu, but i have no idea on when to take each and for how long. Another thing, i got bloodwork done last week and all was good except the test levels obviously. The one side effect i have is puffiness of the nips, which i think is deca related.

Please guys i know i'm an idiot, but i am desperate for help

If you were younger, things would've been easier in terms of recovery during and after PCT. Be patient, Im sure you will get the help you need soon

Yes, repeat Doctari's PCT 2 times with 2-3 week breaks between them.

Just been reading Doctari's PCT protocol, now would the dosages of Ovidrel be the same as HCG as i dont or cant get ovidrel?

I've also phoned around and i cannot get hold of (Aromasin) is that gonne be a big problem?

apparently he is busy doin his masters with his main research point being PCT for anabolic steroids.

kessar and clomid and hcg should boost your libido quite abit and unless u have an outstanding problem with ED then u wont need cialis or viagra,u can use tribulus,yohimbine and some other stuff if u are worried about libido

day 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19 : 500ius pregnyl
day 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10: 100mg clomid
day 1-30 20mg kessar

if need be repeat with 3 weeks break inbetween as admin said...

Last question. If last night was my last shot (100mg cyp) when would day 1 in a sense be? next week sunday?

I have never needed to do anything different in PCT on a year cycle than I did on a 3 month cycle except for the fact I used 5000iu pregnyl instead of 1500iu and tests done afterward and all was fine... 100mg clomid for 5 days and 30 days of kessar

yeah thanks pump - i got the 5000iu pregnyl so will have to use that, i see there is a post on how to mix it so will go check that out

benno 2 weeks after your last injection. in those 14days use winstrol at 30-40mg a day and then when the day of your pct is started drop the winstrol,it will help u to harden up before pct...

using to much HCG in one shot can have adverse effects pump like sterility, if u look on this forum u will see a nice heated argument between doctari and conan on this subject and in the end medical journals where quoted etc etc and it showed that to much hcg can make your swimmers into sinkers...

well happyraven winstrol has an 18hour half life and cyprionate has a 14day half life why not run the winstrol for 13days whilst your cyprionate leaves the body,u can get away with it just before your pct and with the short half life u stop the winstrol day before pct and u will be good to go,shit u could even use anapolin or dianabol in those 2 weeks if u wanted...as long as u stop them a day before u start pct...

you say you could even use dbol - at the same doses as the winny ?

if u like...40-50mg is alright too aslong as its short acting...like 1-2days half life...

dj I agree but using HCG for to long at even a low dose could have the same negative effect, hence the reason I used it 5000iu for 3 shots and was back to normal. *shrugs*.
