Help please

I am 8 weeks into what will be a 12 week course and planning my PCT ordered Pregnyl and Kessar 20mgs.. how should I be taking this?

Whats the cycle, doses etc

Supertest 320 , dianabol , anapolin...was using stanazol suspension for the first 6 weeks. I havent got any sensitivity around my nipples and keep getting told not to take the kessar or pregnyl bur I would rather be safe

How much supertest per week
How much Dbol per week and how many weeks
How much Anapolin per week and how many weeks
How much stanazol per week

PCT has got zip to do with sensitive nipples

Supertest 1ml per week 8 weeks
Dbol 20mg per day 5 days on two off
Anapolin 50mg 5 days on one off
50mg every three days

Shit man-don't ever run two liver toxic orals in the same cycle. Have you been taking anything to help your liver out-liv52, milk thistle etc
If not, get off the orals now and get some milk thistle and prohep tomorrow and start dosing yourself.
8 weeks on liver toxic orals is a bad idea. Added to that winny is also liver toxic, not as bad if you're injecting as there is only one pass through the liver, but it's still 17 alpha alkylated and will raise liver enzymes.

Added to that, you shouldn't take the orals 5 days on 2 or one day off-all its doing is fluctuating your blood levels, which can lead to worse side effects.
Something like dbol should be taken 2-3 times per day to maintain stable blood levels as it has such a short half life.
Winny also needs to be pinned daily because of the half life. You can probably get away with EOD, but will get fluctuations, but every three days? Causing major blood fluctuations.

Fortunately your doses are low so I don't think you'll have done any damage, but I would get your liver checked out all the same.

IMO you should drop the orals now, increase the test dose to 500mg per week, and start pinning the winny daily, or at least EOD at 30mg daily or however you choose. I think I would actually drop the winny as well to spare your liver any extra undue stress, but definitely drop the orals.

I take it you're not taking an anti e. Do you have any on hand? If you want to take the pregnyl, you would be best using a low dose-500IU per week pinned 3x per week-starting in the last week of the cycle and running two weeks into pct. Start the nolva at the same time as the pregnyl and keep the nolva running for at least two weeks after cessation of the pregnyl.
But be aware that there is conversion to estrogen with pregnyl, and this with the aromatising testosterone already in your system could be a recipe for gyno, so definitely take the nolva with the pregnyl.

Been taking milk thistle throughout the cycle, not been taking any anti e... I realise the dose is realitively low when I see what cycles other guys have posted but thought lower for starters and at last I have found a place to get decent advice..

Okay so then the pregnyl I start from my last week and for two weeks thereafter along with the kessar daily at 20 mg? Will this keep the gyno away?

This is not a gyno solution, this is for pct, to get your nuts up and running again so your body starts producing testosterone.
For gyno specifically you need anti E's, depending on the type of gyno, but generally gyno is estrogen related or estrogen plays a big role.

Nolva is a serm which means it blocks the receptors and stops your body from absorbing estrogen, but doesn't stop the actual conversion of testosterone into estrogen. So there is a risk of some sort of rebound. The idea is to run an anti E on cycle and then a serm post cycle to overcome this. This limits the test conversion on cycle and then stops any rebound effect post anti e and fools your body into producing more test by thinking estrogen levels are low.

You should be ok running the pct this way and get yourself up and running. The pregnyl is probably not even all that necessary as you've been on low doses, but if you want to use it, this is the best way for now.

Make sure you do your research before embarking on a cycle in future, steroids used incorrectly can do more harm than good.

Thanks again will end off as you have explained, another stupid question...the pregnyl you use an insulin needle as it is in IU's, what site would you use to inject.

Any suggestions on a decent (and cost effective) cycle for lean mass gains?

Into the fat on ur stomach.

Inline with ur belly button about 4cm away from it. Sit on chair so u can grab some fat, much as possible than pin into that fat.
Make sure u rotate sides of the stomach.

Please check out the mixing of HCG topics and how to measure and inject HCG. It can have some serious side effects !!!

Pregnyl comes in 1500IU and 5000IU vials, which one did you get? It makes a huge difference in the "amount" you use!

There's just some people that take the saying: "only the good die young", too literally!

Check you pregnyl it is either very old stock or fake as you cant get it anymore my mate is a pharmasist so this is what I have been told

I gathered the dbol and naps was a bad combo, just as well I found this site got some real knowlege here to guide newbies like me in the right direction...Its 1500 IU vials...dont wanna die thanks!!

Another thing BradA, If you want to leave out the HCG for now until you feel that you know everything there is to know about HCG, you could probably get away with just a Nolvadex PCT. If I was you I would end this cycle, wait 2 weeks after last injection and then start PCT.
