I'm of the opinion that superdrol related gyno is due to prolactin and not estrogen. I am very sensitive to progestin/prolactin gyno and don't even bother doing deca or NPP anymore because I always get very puffy nipples even when using letro so in those cases its definitely not from estrogen. I always take kessar and letro on test based cycles and the only time I've had gyno issues is with superdrol (superbol, super anandrol etc), deca and NPP. My last cycle with gyno issues was just Test + Superbol while using letro and kessar and I still got damn puffy nipples. Letro did F all for it. Too much SHBG could possibly be the issue but since letro prevents aromatisation I don't see how it could be from estrogen.

good post and very true, thats what allways brings me back to SHGB but the question still remains why oh why, I gave up answering this when I tried the following, 900mg test 600mg EQ and then daily I took 2.5mg letro guess what I got gyno... so leto isn't doing something it should.

That's scary. Were you using liquid pharm's letro or femara? I'm not so sure about liquid letro because it seems to work sometimes and then sometimes it doesn't. I dunno. Damn why does it have to be so hard. If its not the battle of the bitchtits, its the bodyhair and the balding!

LP 2.5 mg a day... I had a freakin gyno op and then said ok I wont get gyno again, lets be smart take 2.5mg letro a day I started letro 5 days before the cycle and started the cycle the first 2 weeks only with EQ then moved to the test... and *bang* puffy nipples (and just not nipples but area around it) have to go for surgery again but just know that when i do this surgery can never take anything that can cause gyno again, no ways i'm having 3 operations in a year.

Where could one get it under R10k? R8k is a great price for gyno surgery? I got a quote for R15k but then luckily it went away with about 6 months off cycle and kessar + letro. The problem is once a tiny bit of glandular tissue has formed, you become super sensitive to any estrogen. So for a week you are fine, then one day you wake up with puffy nips.
