Back acne

ok guys, this will most likely sound stupid but i tried it and it does work.
If you suffer from zits on your back (backne) buy a bottle of "no hair" or some other type of mild hair remover cream.
and every 3-5 days rub sum on your back and leave for about 5-8 min then wash off. It helps to dry out the back a bit.
I would suggest using a GOOD aqueous cream after,just to supply the skin with the moisture it needs. Otherwise it might cause the skin to produce more of the oils it needs and therefore causing more acne.

my GP prescribed me a stuff called zinerit its a little bottle with a fabric top that u just rub on any blemishes,black heads or zits and with in a day or two with regular applications the chorb seems to die down and go away! also instead of accutane she prescribed me tetralysil 300mg...its pretty good for acne control...not so harsh on the system either...

tetralysil? is that the stuff called "Roxy"/?

I always found going to the steam bath and Sauna for 15 min each once a week sorted me out...

will give it abash not that it affects me tremendously, but worth a bash or two.

The best thing i ever used is powder, antispetic powder by johnsons check at any dischem.

use at night all over back neck and face if you like , during the day just over the back. you will notice a difference in a day.

it my sound stupid but try it, its cheap works very well and best of all you not taking in any addtional pills that can stress you liver.
