PCT advice

Hi guys,

I'm currently on the 7th week of my 12 week cycle consisting of 400mg deca per week and 500mg sust per week. I orignally started off with 200mg of deca but then upped to to 300 and now 400mg till the end of my cycle.

What I would like to know is what should my pct look like? I have hcg (which I'm planning to start now until 1 week before my pct starts) and letro. I also seem to have developed a small lump under my left nipple. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

My stats are as follows:

Age: 23
Height: 1.75
Weight: 76kg
BF: 7%

Your letro start now...if you have LP letro take 2 drops ed...as u say u have a lump under ur nipple..

Your PCT i would start it 1 and half weeks after your last shot sust and deca...so i would do this -

week 13 and 1/2 to 15 and half > 1500IU HCg...3 days later 1000IU 3 days later 1000IU 3 days later 500IU until remainder is complete... u may need some clomid though for the estrogen coz u say u getting a lump under nipple so after ur cycle u gonna need a anti estro..get clomid..

week 16 > do clomid 5 days on 5 days off and 5 days on again... take one pill a day...

U can go for kesser if u want but clomid and deca are normally used together...

PCT will start 17 days after last shot.

No need to take Clomid 5 on 5 off. Take it 10 days straight. Start with Kessar the same time as the Clomid, but use for 30 days at 20mg/day

I would use HCG at 500IU every 3 days for three weeks. Starting middle of week 12.

As for the lump start Letro ASAP at 1.0 - 2.5mg per day. Also use Clomid or Kessar, one tab a day for 2 weeks alongside the Letro. After 2 weeks discontinue use of Clomid /Kessar. Continue with Letro right until PCT starts. You will have to taper down in the last week to about 0.25mg to avoid estrogen rebound. Then start PCT.
