Anthony Roberts PCT

Great article...but all it did was confuse me more regarding correct pct protocal...as his view is totally contradicting to what is said in pct101 and pct protocal sticky

Anthony advises using hcg during pct as well as starting pct asap instead of waiting for the aas to leave your body...he also says nothing with regards to hcg during cycle etc etc

I always wait for the AAS to clear then start PCT. Going to try Doctari's PCT with my next cycle. Anyone used it before? How was recovery?

OK, so I've narrowed the diff between doctari and anthony's pct's down to the following;

1. Anthony suggest hcg, 500iu/ day and doc 1000iu eod

2. Anthony suggest using only novaldex instead of nova and clomid as way more clomid is required for same effect of nova

3. Finally anthony suggest starting pct asap, but also says its fine waiting a week, and doc says wait for aas to leave system

I think in the big picture its basically the same, I think its down to each individual to find out what works for him through trial and error?

Its a nice explanation on what you are trying to achieve. I've used both PCT's. AR's with a slight change in that i started HCG much earlier since it was a very long cycle.

Doctari's PCT and HCG protocol is tops and much more recent.

All i say is; if 500iu hcg eod is enough to get you started then why would you want to use more?
The shutdown on long/heavy/19 nor cycles is hard, so use hcg during cycle.

etc etc.

Use all the info together and make up your own mind. There is enough info here(AR + Doctari) to slap a PCT together for ANY cycle.

Please just take this into account.

Have you seen pictures of Anthony Robbins? He is a very out of shape guy that you would never believe takes anabolics and wouldn't listen to 1 word that comes out of his mouth.

Doctari is a bodybuilder and a doctor that is in shape and knows what he is talking about.

True, but that PCT write-up makes sense. Might not be the end all be all but it certainly beats most PCT's out there.
Doctari's PCT is a winner, as i stated and i can vouch fo that since i ud it during and after my previous cycle. There is a huge overlap in these PCTs.


If it belongs to someone else, well then credit to him/her but i dont see anyone claim ownrship anywhere.

At the end of the day it comes down to individuals body and how he reacts to ancilaries. If you have done many AAS cycles obviously you will be able to know what works for you or what doesnt work for you. Myself I have modified DOCs PCT to suit my needs and about to start a new cycle. I came off my last cycle which was pretty long with just nolva adex and clomid. This time I will include tren in my cycle ( Fuck the hair) but I might attempt to come off without HCG again. ARs PCT also makes sense and it could work for some individuals better than DOCs PCT or vice versa. Its true that doc is a BBder and in great shape and a doctor etc. But let me tell you the people who have most medical knowledge around the world do not need to be huge to know whats what. Dont judge a book by its cover. Thats just my thoughts...
