PCT for 12 week course was created by rothchilds
I am trying to do best possible PCT for a 12 weeks cycle, as my normal test levels were very low even before this cycle

took week 1-4

250mg test enan + 150 deca per week
+ 20mg dianabol per day

week 5-12

500mg test enan per week

pct to start 10 days after last shot

day 1-7 = 2 x 50mg clomid
day 8 onwards = 1000iu ovidrel every second day = 10 shots
day 8 onwards = proviron 50mg per day to end of pct
day 8 onwards = 20mg kessar daily for 21 days

from start of pct to end = 10mg dianabol

PLEASE any feedback advice would be appreciated

do not use proviron during pct... i still wouldnt use dbol in the pct of your cycle, why wouldnt u run kessar for the full 30days. and ur pct should start 14 days after your last shot.u could even run the kessar and clomid longer as u said that ur natural test was low before u started your cycle...

What does "day 8 onwards " mean?

Why not just follow Doc's PCT in the PCT section if your test was low to start off with? Many of us have had really good results with it.

Just 1 question. Wouldnt using dbol be counterproductive during pct, as it usually aromatises and u trying to raise ur natural test production?

There is already a thread open about this topic, post your questions there. You will only be using 10mg D-Bol every day.

the proviron is from doctaris pct- and since i am not using aromasin i figured that proviron will be a good substitute for aromasin. i am on day 3 of the kessar etc now and feeling KAK and bit sluggish and anxious - is this normal and will it get better as the pct finishes?

No that is a bad idea, you can't substitute proviron over aromasin.. Aromasin is used for a specific reason. I think i wrote the reasons under the PCT section on Docts post.
