HCG Injection

Hey all. Never used Hcg in my previous test only cycles. Today took my first HCG shot. Used the LP one 5000iu.

Injected 500iu and freakin heck. Had no idea it burns like acid or like a wasp sting...lol. Well 9 more jabs left.

Injecting gear is way less painful. Btw is the burning normal with hcg when you inject it?

yip 100% normal. i did find ovidrel didnt burn as much. i also think it depends on the amount u pin

Strange i did not find hcg to burn at all. I injected slowly and there was jst a slight tingle

Hi msman, that is normal for LP HCG and ovidrel also stings a little. I used pregnyl long ago, but can't remember if it stung or not...

The LP. Not saying there is no sensation whatsoever just a little tingling. Im very "kleinserig" and it was'nt bad

Whats the best spot for hcg inj? Heard dudes injecting in the mid section?

I did it with insulin needles. Short little needle. I did it in the quad. Im so use to it ther... I heard guys do it in the gut ya.
Very small needle and i didnt feel a thing. Tingling afterwards and that was that.
Ovidrel that i used.

thx romp..did my second shot today in the gut. inserted needle a little quicker this time and injected super slow and seemed to be alot less painful. perhaps i was injecting it a little quick.

Quick question you guys keep your hcg or ovidrel vial in the fridge right? it should last 3 weeks in there?

yep u keep it in the fridge and it will be fine for 3 weeks

What is the max time you can keep it in the fridge unmixed, the solution and the powder seperate?

18 months to be safe.

i read red on another thread that ovidrel doesn't need to be kept in the fridge if not mix. Is this still right.

I didnt keep mine in the fridge. U mix the powder and sterilised water(if im correct) from the 2 vials u get in the box(ovidrel.). Dont think it would mind. i injected over 3 weeks with no problem.
Just kept under 25 degrees. I am talking bout what i remember from earlier this year.

Yeah i know. The thing is im busy buying supplies for my next cycle and ovidrel on the list. Cycle is only september so wanna now if i can just store it in the cupboard unmixed till i need it?

well u should have kept it in the fridge, its water not ethanol and if you introduce a contaminant, then bacteria are able to multiply

Im not sure but I think you would keep it in the fridge to, even unmixed, its still hcg just a recombinant form but that's just my guess

What happens if you leave the mixed solution in the fridge for longer than 3 weeks???

I think the stability of hcg is reduced over time once reconstituted

Ovidrel you can store at room temp if not mixed.
Only once reconstituted do you have to store in the fridge.
