start timess confusion

i have been getting a lot of conflicting information regarding the best start time for hcg. i finished a 12 week course of test cypionate at 600mg/week (1st cycle)/ some say i should take my 1st hcg shot 16 days after my last test cyp shot and some say it should be the time i would have taken my next cyp shot which is 4 days later. who is right here??????

also would using 1500iu of hcg on monday and thurday be as good as 500iu eod. if not why???

more that 1000iu at a time can cause infertility so stick to 500iu eod to keep levels stable and constant... cyp has a half life of 14 days,so if u took 500mg,2 weeks later your level of test would be at 250mg which is fine to start the pct....so 14days.

and under the profile right at the bottom it says the active life for test cyp is 15-16 days. does active life = half life or are they mistaken

i always start a pct 2 weeks after last shot depending on substances and dosages used

i started using kessar at 20mg/day on the last week of my cycle. should i continue to use it in the 2 week interim till my hcg starts??

The more cycles you do the more you'll figure out how a PCT should work for you as an individual. I personally wait slightly longer before staring PCT like +- 16-20 days depends on how much of what I took on cycle.

There are many theories out there regarging PCT, some say 14 day some say when blood levels reach 100mg Test, I prefer the latter.

Dude so you're running PCt while not on PCT? Doesn't make sense.

Usually Nolva (Keassar) is to start as discussed from about two weeks after cycle if you're not using Clomid. So you're doing it now?!

yip. i figured that out my dumbness only recently after reading the pct section. this was based on advice that was given to run kessar every 4 weeks in your cycle or run it right through the cycle. i have stopped and will start clomid after 2 weeks , hcg on the 8th day and then the kessar following

i think the fear for newbies like myself is losing the gains. do you lose any gains while waiting for your pct to start. should i be using something inbetween while waiting for pct to commence (besides proviron).some have even told me to start right away and not wait for the gear to leave you. this didnt make sense to me

Ok what happened to me was, i only pinned 0,4 ml for my last shot (that is 100mg test cyp, instead of 250mg) so correct me if i am wrong. I only need to wait a week before starting my PCT, based on the above?
