Kessar Question

Hi guys
Need some help once again...
Been looking on the net and have come across some contridiction yet again ..
I was wanting to take kessar while i was on my next course from day one to the end .. i have see sample cycles saying to run 20mg a day till the end .. i was wondering if i take kessar while i juice will it hinder my gains ?? is there any benefical reason to take while u juice for should one just wait till the course is over ... any advise is welcome please

As mentioned in another post, i wont use kesser during cycle for two reasons

1) its hepatoxic and not advisable to run for a 15 week cycle (provided u running 12 week cycle and three week kessar pct)
2) Estrogen is needed in the muscle building process, by preventing estrogen from binding to the receptors you are negating the muscle building properties of the hormone.

Bump GSP - 100% correct.

You would be looking at it to negate estro sides ie gyno right?

Dont depend on a serm to combat gyno sides while on cycle.

1. All it does it compete for the receptor sites. There's no 100% guarantee that estro isnt gonna bind.

2. Liver toxicity. As GSP said, 12 weeks hammering your liver while on cycle PLUS an additional 3 weeks while on pct? Not good.

Rather go the adex route if looking for prevention on cycle or the suicide route (letro) for the cure when sides arise.

can adex be used throughout the cycle and how does it rate vs proviron

Adex is an AI - Aromataze inhibitor meaning it aids in halting estrogen conversion and related sides such as gynocomastia. Yes it can & should be used throughout the cycle (especially if you're sensitive to estro sides). As mentioned earlier you basically get 2 types of preferences:

1. The guy who opts to deal with gyno when it starts is the guy who prefers letro which kills up to 98% of circulating estro. Letro is hard on the immune system though and in killing all of your estro, you effectively hamper your gains as we need estro to build muscle.

2. The guy who prefers to prvent gyno or other estro sides before they happen - enter Adex.

Although Proviron has estro side combatting function, the main draw card for proviron is its ability to free up 'unused' (for lack of a better word) testosterone in the body when used in conjunction with a highly anabolic androgenic compound.

In a nutshell: Wanna prevent gyno? ADEX.
Wanna fight gyno once it starts? LETRO
Dont depend on proviron solely for its estro combatting function - its not nearly as effective as the above 2, but rather for freeing up additional test toward the end of your cycle.

would this be best practice then
start and finish your cycle with adex
start proviron on week 9 of 12 week cycle and run to pct start day

what where ur gains and how much letro did u use?

Letro can increase natural testosterone production, so using it during a cycle is a wise move. Just getting the right dose is what is important.

0.25mg EOD is PERFECT and you will get an 'increase' in Libido.
