HCG during cycle?

I am on a test e course at 600 mg a week for 12 weeks, front loaded with dbol 40mg a day.
(currently at week 7)

my pct is supposed to be LP clomid, LP nolva and LP HCG. I was going start the HCG and clomid two weeks after my last test e shot, should i do this or start my hcg during my course? (i have read thats advisable)

Also, LP HCG is dosed at 5000IU for 2ml. Does this mean that 0.2ml will yield 500iu?

Check Doctari's PCT on the sticky it works like a charm!! 0.2 will calculate to 500iu.
