Pubertal gyno treatment

Start off slow, Adex 0.2 ED, Letro 0.25mg EOD. If you do not get sensitive of puffy nipples then you know that dose is well tolerated and enough to keep sides at bay. You may find as you start to take larger stacks with more aromatising steroids you will have to increase this dose.

Just don't panic, the only thing is make sure you have these drugs on hand in case, you don't want to have to wait a week while you source it, etc.

Have Nolva on hand and either Adex or Letro in case. Maybe even a good idea to have aromasin.

00pump, thanks for the valuable info, I too have had gyno since my first Depotrone course. Obviously I was prone to it with my genetics etc. It has improved a great deal since my b/fat has come down a bit. I have used letro and done a good PCT but it is still there. Defnitely not irreversable. I was reading some of your older threads about surgery and you mentioned a Dr Elliot, at a price round about R8k. Is that Dr still available and pricing more or less the same?, I would really appreciate the info as i must get surgery to remove mine. Its an irritation especially when everything else is improving on my physique. thanks

Hey 00pump i've been planning to get mine cut/sucked out too for quite some time. But seeing as im doing a long cycle july im not sure if it will be worth it now and then i get again later. So thinking about waiting till after that cycle. But my nipples are looking bad.

Anyhow the chair procedure is there any pain during the lypo op? I presume u wide awake starring at a thick piece of metal being stuck into ur chest?

Jan, but you can't feel it. Rather wait till 2 weeks after PCT to make sure your hormones are balanced. Just close your eyes,you will be fine.

Thanks I really appreciate it, I am about done with PCT will wait 2 weeks after to do it. Im just a bit confused on one thing, I was under the impression that removing the gland and doing the Lipo permanently sorts out the problem? Why would there be regression if the gland is completely removed?

Hmm, Lipo will not remove the gland it will just suck out the 'fatty' tissue. You will need a full mastectomy (remove the entire breast), this will have to be done while you under and you will have drains attached to you and isn't a great experience, I had two surgeons work on me when this happened, 1 general surgeon who took the entire breast out and took of what he could the gland, and the plastic surgeon re-built my chest up, or I would have this big hole or dented part under my nipple. However, it is impossible (well let me not say impossible) to get rid of 'all the cells' as your entire breast is full of cells. I have seen many plastic surgeons as I am personal friends with 2 and they say the same thing, it is just not possible with the human eye to see everything, they went as far as including part of my muscle to make sure it was correct.

However, take some gear without an AI and trust me within a few days your nipples are itchy and starting to get puffy, yes you can quickly fix this by using a AI and adding a SERM till the AI stabilizes. The bottom line is excess estrogen has a whole list of potential and hazardous side effects, it also makes our steroid cycles less effective as estrogen molecules attaches them self to the testosterone receptor site, and you land up with an unhealthy hormone signal.

Yes, we do need a small bit of estrogen while on a cycle, but that amount is so minute that a dose of 0.4 of Adex ED or, 0.25mg Letro ED or 20mg Aromasin ED is perfect to achieve the balance you need. Yes, if you using higher doses that Adex and Letro can be increased quite a bit depending on how sensitive you are to gyno.

Let me also correct one thing, you can do the surgery in out patience and have the gland removed, however I would not recommend this

Hi guys I just thought that I needed to ask this question do most of you guys find that you get more gyno symptoms with enan thn with cyp.I find that when i ran an (PGW)testen 300 @500mg's per week it gve me worse gyno symptoms than cyp@500mg's per week.Anybody else have the same dilema. Comments much apreciated guys.

Hmmm, bodyfat looks high, so hard to tell, also need a side shot, looks like it could quite possibly be allot of fat, as the nipple itself doesn't look to bad.

Hmm, no it doesn't matter what test I use it gives me the same gyno effects.

More water than fat i think. Are your nipples always that small? Now that im losing loads of fat my nipple stays alot smaller, but since childhood had big nipples. Hate that.

Looks like fatty tissue. Rating? maybe a 3. My lovehandles will have to go first if i had your gyno.

Yes Lipo will sort it out, just remember if you do not do proper estrogen control the next cycle it will come back.. PCT is also tricky and I am making sure that I use Aromasin and half the recommended dose of hCG as that stuff alone gives me bad gyno.

I've also noticed that my gyno flares up the most during pct. So will maybe try and lower the hcg dose aswell.

A SERM is not a good idea, a SERM only blocks the free estrogen floating around, and is not even good at this, an AI will suppress the estrogen. For people not sensitive to gyno, then a SERM is more than ok, for me however I need to make sure I use an AI and a SERM during my PCT, well at least up until 10 days after my last shot of HCG.

You can have either type of gyno, lumps and/or fatty deposits of tissue. HCG I am using 250iu a shot now. However my PCT is complex and structured for my body due to how I react to estrogen, so I would prefer not to post it and confuse people. It is not suggested to use Letro/Adex with a SERM, as the SERM lowers the level of effectiveness of an AI. However, Aromasin doesn't have this same problem associated with it, however you can use an AI during PCT and it will actually aid in testosterone production, however I would stick to what is tried and tested. Clomid/Nolva/Aromasin/HCG/Vit C /Vit E

Interesting, that must have cost you an arm and a leg for the Mastectomy. I just called them now for a quote +-R15k for the 30 min lipo under local. Clearly hae to save more for this one.

hrm, that doesn't sound right.. then their prices went up big time.. that was the price for going under.

I didn't have mine done there, I did mine at Sandton MediClinic, but don't go there it's like R 320 a minute, or something crazy like that. That doesn't include the surgeons prices, etc. Ya, I have spent allot of money on this, could have bought a car out the box.

The cost of our passion:) Im just gonna focus on bringing the b/f down to about 8% and see how it looks from there.
I just battle with diet on weekends Mon-Fri im 100% focused but as soon as w/end comes its a fight.
