:dry: hi guy's i need some help with pct

i am 33 on my 3 cycle training for 5 years
and im 84kg. i am in week 8 of my clycle and it's coming to an end and need some help
my cycle 1-5 weeks 20mg dianoblol
1-10 weeks 300ml deca
6- 10 weeks 40mg winny
i have put on 8 kg and would love to keep it all and was wondering what is the best pct to try and retain as much as possible .

ummmm i wouldnt go with kessar seeing that u have been on deca and u will be looking for gyno problems if u take kessar.i recon arimidex of letro is your first start...seeing deca shuts u down i would go for pregnyl,i am thinking 1500 iu a week should be good with some clomid

No Test in that cycle?
HCG(i did 500iu EOD), Clomid(100mg/day), Letro ??

letro coz it boosts natural test levels like kessar does but he wont have the issues with the gyno,it also helps with estrogen....

obviously coz u ran test jack u could wait for the nandrolone to be out ur system before u banged kessar so rather lets be safe than sorry,thats why i suggested dex...

Anthony Roberts wrote a PCT article at Steroid.com outlining the reasons to use Letro rather than ADex in PCT. I'd suggest you read that as well for some more background info.

dj i was just wondering why sticky didn't add some test to the cycle.
I agree with the Kessar.
It really helped to run test while i got rid of the nandrolone. The Kessar really worked for me. Well i think the whole PCT was good and i will definately do the same again - maybe just HCG during cycle next time.

i didn't use test cause my last cycle it made me very aggressive and with 3 kids and life being so stressfull at the moment i didn't want any trouble. the deca by itself is not that bad.

I have severe aggression issues on cycle and it seems that I can't leave the house without causing trouble, but I've found Vit B Complex helps to keep my mood swings under control, so maybe give it a go.

Yes - B6 as pyrodoxine hcl from the pharmacy cost me R70 for 1000 tabs 20mg each!
5htp, folic acid with that.
