Hi guys, i am on my last week of test prop (12 week course)
I have been cutting for the past two weeks with the help of the information on this website aswell as Layne Norton's guideline. I am on a 600 calorie deficit with my macronutrients in check! Weighing all my food and recording it and i am loving the results (also taking Heat btw). But i start PCT pretty soon and from what i have heard being on a deficit during PCT can really hinder the gains you keep. What are your opinions on this? should i continue with my deficit or go back to maintenance or maybe even increase just my protein macro nutrient ?
