What would the best PCT be after a cutting cycle?

Would it be necessary for my GF to also go on a PCT?

What were u running? for how long? We need more info bud.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

I Posted a question in a other forum on which cycle I should use for cutting
for myself and my GF.

Well where is it what section? copy and paste a link, make it easier for us. If we know what compounds u running and how long u gonna run it for then we can discuss what what PCT u need to do. More u take more intense ur PCT is gonna be.
