PCT help

ok i am doing my 400mg equipoise for 10 weeks and hoping to start my anavar soon as i placed the order, i have my PCT but i dont know when to take them, i have 2 boxes of kessar, 2 boxes of clomid, 3x1500iu's of pregnyl and 2 boxes of proviron. can you please tell me when exactly i am supposed to taking everything and the dosages?

i know doctari recommended to take kessar(10mg) through out he course which i will start doing as of monday...

I gave a framework on basics of PCT treatment - I think it was abouit 10 days ago. It was part of a string on the site - just have a look around, you'll find it. Print the page - then you have it as a reference later on.

I suggest each of us open a file on our computers and download information on subjects that we can find helpful to ourselves in the future. Doing so, will stop us from repeating all the same info over and over again.

Newbies can also search for these subjects in the site's archives and download the info from there.

I provided the framework on PCT for the meantime. My article on the indepth explanation of the physiology of PCT will be on the site hopefully in the next 4-5 weeks - my subject's blood results will only then be available, him only being on the end of his 2'nd week of PCT this week.

Can you please advise me whether the pct for the attached cycle is suffiecient? And am I taking it at the right times?

Kraz, I think you started the Pregnyl too early. Your intervals for the Pregnyl is alright, but I would suggest you double the dose on the first shot.
I would have used the Kessar at 10 mg right through your cycle and up the dose to 20mg, only for the first 10 days or so of your PCT. I think 40mg is way too much. You may only need to use 40-60mg the last 7 days pre-contest - makes you as hard as a brick!! Your timing of your 40mg dose is a bit out - why in the middle of your PCT? Your Clomid dosage is about fine for what your cycle consisted of. I would still double the dose the first 10-14 days, then use it at 50mg pd for the rest of your PCT.
Overall seen, not a bad PCT - just need to be "tweaked" a bit.

doc you say that the pregnyl is too early in the course?how long after your last shot of equipoise should it be taken seeing that equipoise has a longer half life...and has kraz done it the right way buy taking 20mg of kessar every secod day for the first 10 days? or must it be changed to 20mg every day?

Not he worst I have seen.....but agreed could be tweeked a bit- would have run the EQ right through and since u were running Clomid with nolva 20mg would have been sufficient

MXT could just supply us with the Equi half life. If you used testosterone at the last week of your cycle, I would time my first Pregnyl dose to coincide with the half life of that testosterone ester. Equi is not that androgenic, but more anabolic - I would again base my first Pregnyl dosage at the Equi's half life, even if Equi made up most of my latter part of the AAS cycle.
Why??
Ever thought of why we do PCT? Why do we try and get our own testosterone production up???
It all has to do with cortisol. Any anabolic or androgenic steroid will suppress cortisol's catabolic effect, up to where that compound's therapeutic dosage starts falling less than its half life dosage. When this happens, cortisol starts kicking in. Thus, whatever compound is used last during your AAS cycle, the moment that that compound's blood levels falls to less than half (this coincides with its "half life"), then you will start losing that compound's anabolic support and cortisol will start rising - that's when we need to get our own testii to produce endogenic testosterone to buffer the rising cortisol's effect.
Makes sense?? So, start your PCT's Pregnyl dose on the half life of your last AAS's half life.
Kessar has a 24 hour dosage interval. You will do better by using 10mg daily, than using 20mg every other day...

Please note, I have already bought the PCT and have limited funds, so buying extras is not an option, unfortunately.

See if this is better, otherwise please help me to structure the pct for optimum effect with the limited resources.

Thats what i would have done, but i would injext the Depo with the EQ- no need to hurt twice imo
