Hi,

I did a cycle of 250 deca + sus for 6 weeks @ 1ml per week. My only PCT at the time was proviron. About a month after my PCT I started to get bad acne on my shoulders and back.

I bought myself 20mg Nolva x 30. Would that solve the problem and how do I dose it?

K the deca and sust were dosed too low and you ran them for too short as well. Proviron is not a PCT

Go look here:

run the sedond PCT. And buy a good detergent soap, if that doesnt work you can look at an antibiotic.

Ok will do that. Waiting till end sept then im going to do a full proper cycle. Discovered this forum too late

. Pretry soon I will be doing the sustanin strut again

nooooo september is too soon... Start that PCT within the week. Assuming this cycle ended a month ago?

Then you take TIME ON+PCT= TIME OFF TILL NEXT CYCLE. But for you i think more research is needed so maybe a little more time

ok, i would advise still running the PCT, but tbh you are gonna have to wait for someone else's view as well now because i am getting a bit unsure haha. After that do the research though

Chapel's right, run a full PCT now and include clomid & nolvadex & HCG. This will hopefully reduce your estrogen levels and help with your acne. Then wait at least 6 weeks until starting your next cycle.
