Why does the pregnyl leaflet say that pregnyl must be used immediately and not stored. I'm using 500 iu eod as per pct protocol but they also suggest that 1000 - 2000 ius must be used a few times a week for a few months. Can't I just pin the whole 1500 ius a week for 3 weeks. They don't say anything about leydig cells getting desensitized. What's the thinking on the 500 ius eod theory. Why do we do it like this and not like the insert advises for hypogonadism
