how long to wait before next AAS cycle, after PCT

hello guys, need a bit of advice here please

just about to complete a cycle, on my 8th week now

10 weeks 500 mg sustanon/week
12 weeks 1000mg primo/week
last 6 weeks 400mg tren/week
took 20mg nolvadex(worried about sust. and BP increase) a day and 20-40mg proviron a day throughout

everything running smoothly so far, bar a few days here and there where BP was a bit on the high side. basically have never lifted like this before, ever

so, questions are,

1. Doctari's no 3 PCT is the one for me, when can i stop taking the nolvadex and proviron before i start with the PCT?
2. longest acting steroid is the sustanon, so i would wait 54 days before starting PCT. what can i expect to happen during this waiting period? is much muscle loss a possibility? effects on libido etc
3. what would be the recommended resting period before my next cycle, is it 12 weeks from the last day of injecting a steroid or is it 12 weeks from starting or ending PCT?

hi mikey.

is this your first cycle.
i would only do 2 cycles a year. so wait a couple of months after pct.
that tren for the last 6 weeks looks a bit high.

dont use nolvadex for the blood pressure issue,use arimadex or letrozole.

1,)2 days before you start pct.

2.)in this waiting period i would use something like winstrol and proviron or oralt and proviron or anavar,something short estered. this will help with dropping water, and making sure you gain more leading into the pct.

3.)the rule is time on + pct = time off, so if u did a 10 week cycle and 4 week pct time off should be 14 weeks so 12 weeks after your pct should be fine.

Time on + PCT = Time off

hi Gab, this is my 3rd cycle in two years. just feel that i am ready to go to the next level as i have found myself finally sticking to the strictest regimene of training and diet and supplements i ever have. i hear you about the tren, 2nd week now, cardio sucks a bit but rest of the system seems fine. have not touched a drink in months and taking good liver and detox supplements.

ok i will read up on those two. i have some anavar on hand, what dosage do you recommend?
