bloods was created by machine
hey just gone for bloods whilst i was having herlnia operation done , so i ask for a basline liver and kidney function and i pay like 700 for the bloods and the results say nothing about test levels.and i told my doctor about the gear and what my reasoning was for taking the blood test.

1) what do i ask for besides testosterone and prolictin levels on the next blood tests cause you pay individualy for each thing you ask to get tested for?

Liver function
kidney function
ast/lst levels
full blood count
blood type

1)What are ast/lst levels ?

2)Does a full test also give estrogen levels ?

I wanted prolactin levels done cause did a heavy tren cycle a while ago and had to take cabasser to drop prolactin levels cause they were too high and affected labido.

3)Do you know what test levels are suppoesd to be at ?

Perhaps it would be beneficial to do gh leveld as well cause I am concidering igf-lr3 with next cycle

4) Do u think this is necessary ?

1 its liver function.
2 no, the prolactin levels will only be raised on cycle.
3 it will tell u what it is. u dont need igf at all bro! u need just the basics!
4 if i didnt i wouldnt have done so would i?

I did mine 4 weeks ago. Soup and shakes for 6 weeks, but I could only do it for two and a half.

Dropped 10 kg.

On week 4 you can start stationary cardio. From week 6 you may start light free weights. From week 8 you can go back to the normal routine- but go slow on squats and legpress.

Machine- how did that shoulders feel after the op bud?

Varksteaks- I thought they dropped me off the op table. :silly:

They pump you full of air while they are doing the operation and when they deflate you some air gets trapped in your ribcage, which refers all pain to your bloody shoulders.

nah i herd that they do that but mine was not that bad it was upper abdominal umbilical hernia, so i got like a 8cm vertical cut about 8cm below my solapex they iserted a mesh after the stuck the hernia back through he hole, so it will not tear there again, cost me 4,5k for that little piece of mesh, amyway not sure if the stuck a compressor up my ass, i hope not , didnt feel nothing in my shoulders, though i could not move for like 3 days after the op and its was fricked sore !!! just got home on Saturday, man it was hectic pain i tell you.

yeah he recon 12 weeks till i push gard again and only train after 6 weeks takin it easy
though stationary cardio after 4 weeks souds like A PLAN CAUSE I STILL GOT SOME CLEN TO
FINISH AND a little yahombine

1)where did you get yours done and did you get bloods taken if so what were your test levels?
2)when do you start cycle again ?
3)are you going to ware a weightgt belt doing squats d lifts and presses from now on ,
4)do you think this could have helped prevent the hernia ?

my op was feaking sore hey , trust will avoid that at all costs.

Aaah ok. No mine was 5 small holes only- can't remember the procedure name. But it comes down to working with a camera, a torch and a tool through the holes to where they can't see

Mine was not sore at all- except for the shoulders. Wanted to die.

I'm also running clen and yohimbe now ;)

1.) I did it at Prof Hein vd Walt, at Unitas hospital. He didn't do my bloods but I went shortly after the op to ceck everything. My test was 10.9. Doc said he can give me a script for Nebido if my reading is below 14 (or 12 can't remember)
2.) End of April? not sure yet. Thinking of going on HGH and light dose of test for 5 months. Think that will aid in recovery and strength? I'm scared that my power might be too much for the hernia if I go on cycle too quickly after the op. Then maybe do a decent cycle after that or from month 3. What is your ideas?
3.) Only if I go really heavy. I think it will do your core good to train light - medium without it
4.) No bud- not in my case anyway. I got mine from a car accident, 12 years ago.

1) Sweet I have beenlooking to get a script for a pharmacy the has 2 amps of sa sus left that just will not budge,so now I can us my test ount as leverage to get the 2 amps
2) Na I think its kwl to go on cycle again after like 6 weeks from the op, ease into it and them hammer it hard after being on cycle for 6 weeks , cause you can train like bis triw traps and calves hard and nit put to much stess on the nid section, also don't do deadlifts off the floor ware a weight belt when doing squats and take it easy on squats for like at least 16 weekd from op, then only push realy hard on next cycle, planning on using leg extensions as a mass builder and develop the hammies in the mean while
Somhow I am happy I am not the only one , but I am noy goitntg to let this get me down its not a setback ratjer itts a setup for a come back

I had a groin hernia op a few years ago was the most painful f*cking thing ever , it was my own fault for letting it get too big I am obviously prone to these bloody things. This was before I was lifting and the op and my poor shape is what got me motivated to train.
I am pretty sure lifting is what caused this new one. Guess ill have to find the right time to do the op can't be any worse than the last one.

have you ever had bloods done you know that every body that uses gear should do blood tests at least before the start of a new cycle or in the window from pct til cycle start

How much muscle are you likely to lose in the 8 or so weeks post op with no training?

2 kg,

i was at 93 my best in 2011 april. then went off cycle til september and was on 89 when i finished on 17 dec. since then i have come down to 86. i will drop to about 84 i would say with no training if i still eat good

i am planning to go up to 95 on next cycle . a loy of guys here on the forum have convinced me to stay off cycle for longer than i usually do , like i had been on cycle for 18 months with 4 weeks break at the most and my receptors were fried

The prof's dietitian said I'm going to loose around 10kg of which 3kg will be lean mass- but as soon as I'm back in to eating and training it will be restored.

Already lost the 10kg :)

got my prolactin levels tested and i have been off cycle for 6 months now , they came back as 27 which is abnormal, it should be 18 or below, so now what , cabaser @1mg EW ?

is this why labido has not been on top form ?

this was as a result of the tren from my previous cycle right ?

Yes would be from tren In your previous cycle, either bromo or cabaser will sort that out.
