are labs like PGW,LP,Axio and Nomad all considered UGL ? Which brand of the following should i consider: test,winny,clen,t3,anavar,proviron

Any lab that makes manufactures steroids that is not registered with the national pharmaceutical council of the country they operate in is a UG lab. So yes they are all UG.

Of those brands I only use PGW and LP. Nomad are very inconsistent. Axio has a lot of positive feedback but my opinion is that PGW and LP are best value for money.
