Yea personally not too much. I havr noticed nice pump during training and my girlfriend says I fell a lot harder, everywhere;) haha!

Anyway I know it helps reduce water rention and helps amplify the my other gear.

I'm currently cycling: Proviron - 50mg/day
Test Cyp - 500mg/week
Bold Un - 500mg/week

Are u cycling just Anavar and proviron?

Usually its purple, but colour is based on availability of capsules.

I see it as my lucky packet, you never know what colour you gonna get next....
