IPCA

Hi guys,

I searched the forum for IPCA and found a topic that was posted in 2013. Would like to find out if anyone here used these products in the last year or so?

Is the brand IPCA any good?

Any information will be much appreciated.

A mate of mine used it and had very poor results and I no his diet and training were up to scratch.
