RAD140 from Liquid-Pharma

Anybody taking this before bed? I am, and I think its causing my recent night sweats. Anybody Else?

10mg, ED, before bed.

I am thinking about moving it to the mornings.

No other side effects (that I Can notice or feel). Running it solo. 3 weeks. 1st week was on 5mg ED.

I dont like giving my impressions, based on feelings. There are also a lot of variables. Diet, exercise and rest.

But I will say the following:

I have a new born. 10 weeks old. This has negatively impacted my Diet and rest (Read: Sleep). I still hit the gym everyday though. So at least my routine was constant

Since taking RAD, I have gained 2KG on the scale and (by the looks) have dropped body-fat. Remember I have no measurements to go by, except my own mirror and the opinion of my wife. O yes, and my Jean pant are definitely looser. I also have to say, that I seem Stronger, hitting my PB on most of the exercises every time I get to the Gym. ( and one or two actually increased.)

Only Side effect so far was the night sweats. (I skipped last night, and took them this morning, and the sweats were gone)

Again this is my "impression". Everybody is different. My test levels are naturally on the low side, hence the reason I am trying the RAD.

Mark, Yes, You will have to do a PCT.

About 4 weeks now. first week 5mg ED. 10MG ED since then.

Mark, please do your research first, This is still an unknown Drug with Unknown effects and side effects, never (officially) tested on humans. I don`t know your stats, but if your new to the game, then at this point in time, its probably better to stick to AAS, as there is a lot more research behind those.

From the posts on some of the American forums it seems like this stuff does cause suppression... Rooi Bul, if you do run RAD 140, please keep us updated.

I don't quite agree with you. If a guy is new to the game then he is way better of in my opinion starting off with a SARM like RAD 140 or Ostarine this wil yield some gains and improvements with the only side effect being the mild suppression. So no need to worry about oliy skin or hair loss or bloat or any estrogen related side effect not liver toxic and does not negatively impact cholesterol.

And at the end they get to learn some PCT basics and that every cycle needs to be planned and followed by an effective PCT

I think GrootD's point makes sense RB. Purely on his comment about AAS being a more researched and understood drug. Someone who isn't familiar with altering the chemistry of their body might be less equipped to respond correctly to "unforeseen" sides of less tested or understood chemicals. At least on a basic Test cycle a beginner can know exactly what to expect and have all necessary precautions in place and ready in the event of estrogen, etc sides. I think at this stage it's still more or less an assumption that RAD 140 only results in mild suppression. I'd certainly recommend a beginner to follow a tried and tested protocol over a more experimental treatment just because there's so much info on what to do correctly. My understanding of RAD at this stage is we're testing on a trial and error basis, and given its our bodies that will suffer if error arises, it's best to know a bit more about your body's chemistry and how to rectify things when they start going haywire.

Lets be honest, we dont know the full effect of RAD. Most of the info is of bodybuilding websites, and if you read those you would know that 90% of the info is broscience.

We all focus on suppression, but what about other health problems, blood pressure, eye sight, etc.

I am scared, because RAD gets praised for being as anabolic as testosterone but wont cause "harsh" side effects. When a new guy reads this, he gets the wrong impression. And I would prefer to rather be on the cautious side. We have all kinds of people reading this site. This is why I dont like to give advice, as someone somewhere might take it as the gospel.

I am even re-thinking my decision in trying RAD.

Works like a bomb, you do keep gains and loose very little.

Bud what is the legal status of SARMS in South Africa?

I know GW501516 is listed as a banned substance and several international athletes have been caught and dealt with using GW.

However, here in SA they don't seem to pick it up with their regular tests. One of my athlete friends were tested while on GW201516 and test came back negative.

Seems like they have to specifically test for GW and apparently those test are expensive and they only test for the general substances.

Correct, its not detected with endurance sports as yet, unless you compete internationally

Yes bud it is going to happen just waiting for my body fat to get below 15% but is going slow. My Pre bloods are drawn and results are in my Rooi Bul's Cut take 2 thread.
RAD 140 is going to be first for 12weeks. Then PCT and time off and once bloods show I am good to go Ostarine will be up next

I've done a lot of research and I have compiled an idea for a SARMS stack, what do you all think?

Weeks

1-2 = Cardarine + LGD+ Ostarine.
2-4 = Cardarine + LGD+ Ostarine
4 -6 = Cardarine + LGD + Ostarine + HCGenerate
6-8 = Cardarine + LGD + Ostarine + HCGenerate

PCT
8-10 = Cardarine + Clomid + Nolvadex + HCGenerate

Reason for running a Minin 2 week PCT only is because i will be taking HCGen 4 weeks prior to my PCT so i will be on HCGen for 6 weeks in total.

I don't think LP stocks LGD so do you guys suggest I swap that with RAD, MK - 677 or should I leave it at just GW and Ostarine?

My primary goal is to get as lean as I can without losing muscle, maybe even gaining if that is possible. I am 77Kgs at 15% bf.

Why HCG on cycle and in PCT? What doses are you looking at?
