Where do I find the break down of pct1 on here Rooi ?

So here’s the idea I got two weeks left of pct

And one month after for further recovery ( I started mk677 yesterday to help with tendonitis which I will continue with as long as possible what length do you recommend ? )

So starting August 12 week Sarm cycle

rad 140 20 mg per day

lgd 5 mg per day

Mk677 10mg per day


Given this is Sarm cycle

Is there any point in adding Cardarine and Ostarine into pct as well

Another curious question I believe rad140 is suppressive is it adviseable to hcg to recover ?

No point in adding Ostarine to PCT no. If you have the money and can afford it yes GW 501t16 helps slighty in PCT but by no means is it essential.

No need for HCG. Clomid and Nolvadex as per PCzt in in the article in the link posted.

Like I mentioned before the Cardarine and osterine I ve used from Ciccone for 4 weeks now but I can’t really say wether it’s working or not given I’m not able to train upper body properly (tendonitis )

The only Reference i can point to is my strength in squat seems to have remained could that be an indication of the sarms working ?

The mk677 I just started yesterday I’m waiting to see if I get lethargic or increase in appetite like you mentioned

that's usually if you do too much, don't check your blood pressure, don't train hard and eat correctly and basically only feel a cycle working by chasing side effects.

You don't measure effectiveness by side effects.
