Used both the Nortech Test Enanthate 250mg and the Nortech Test Cypionate 250mg and both seem like good quality and appropriately dosed. For clarity, I have been using 150mg Test a week for the last four years. I have become fairly good at judging a Test after using it for a week or two. I can tell if it's severely underdosed or something's off.
