What did you expect to notice in 4 days? Beginners often have unrealistically high expectations, so when they are faced with the reality that steroids don't perform miracles they blame the gear. Focus on the important things like training, nutrition and recovery and wait until the end of your cycle before you make judgement.
You could have gone for a better cycle, but that is off topic.
