No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Its been a month now and ive gone from 82kgs to 88kgs, it is really going well.
Just wanna say thanks for the great help from all the oaks on this forum and the information ive gained is most appreciated.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha
