sean i have read ur other post regarding the d-bol. firstly i can add that i am currently on a tren / test / turinabol cycle. the tbol is from LP and i find it a great product. so im sure the dbol will be aswell.

secondly, nobody here is trying to offend you in any way. when asking for advice people will give it without sugar coating (haha nomad). this is our passion and therefor we take it seriously. the direct 'constructive' criticism is only to help and hit home hard.

as for my opinion its senseless using only orals without an injectable especially test. and 10mg of dbol...u could take bob martins instead (believe its great for hair). 30-40mg is the way to go. i also dont believe in pyramiding the dosage. i usaully stick to one dosage strength depending on the AS cycled.

Before you used your hard earned cash u should have done thorough research and therefor get better results with the dosh used.

Keep training hard. U should be up to speed with AS use in no time through research.

spot on bud. my bad for my little outburst. youre right do the research first. from the articles i have read by dan d (steroid guru)he stated that arnie and the boys only used d-bol back in the day so this is where i got the idea. i am not trying to look like ronnie coleman just bigger, but i hear you. i will up dosage to 30mg and add a test. thanks for the advice. at the end of the day you guys are stopping guys from injecting shit up their arse and dying so big up.

by the way...i have a cousin named sean, in his 30's and also works out..... :huh:

Sorry to break your dream bro but i doubt you will ever get even near ronnies size no matter how much gear you take. Its strange how ppl think that Champs like Ronnie are there just because of gear. So many ppl take gear and a lot of it too but they will never even manage to become IFBB competitors never mind to look like Ronnie or some of the other champs.

That guy has no idea. Arnold said that they only used 10mg because he wanted to reduce the hype about him using steroids.

My uncle met Arnold and the gang when they came to SA in 1976 for the Olympia.
In fact, they trained for a day or two at my uncle's dad's gym. Those guys were downing dianabol like it was smarties without even counting the pills before they swallowed them.

BTW: They paid R5 per dianabol 5mg those days. It doesn't sound much but membership fees for their gym was R5 per month.

I have weight plates branded as Reg Park... wonder if they are worth anything?

Our gym has also got some Reg Park weight plates.
