Thanks for the advice. Im 34 181 110 kgs. Ive dropped about 20ks, and dramatically increased my body muscle. But i want to move to the next level now. Btw i did all the rest no supplements or juice.
I train 4 to 6 times a week, depending on if I am in town. Do aerobic every session cause I have more to loose then do muscle strenthening building that I have divided into three sets of muscle groups, and cycle through that.
Any thoughts?
