What about the metal caps? If I remember right the Nomad gear had metal caps over the rubber that you have to break before inserting a needle. With their logo on and all.

Ja you are correct but those sterile bottles they use can be counterfeited very easy since they are used by alot of steroid companies and fakes...

All you do is open the box at the bottom swap the contents with a counterfeit and you ready to go... you have the hologram on the box to prove its legit but infact it aint.

And the bonus is if you do fake it, no one will notice anyway
