Read the rules
No asking for sources
I like Yohimbe but it works better stacked with ECA or clenbuterol/salbutamol....
Also Yohimbe works better when taken over longer periods of time

Try get your diet inshape in order to get your belly and hips in shape, up your physical activities in and out of the gym and then start looking at something like a fat burner. If you go straight onto something like this without trying a more natural way how are you ever going to know if its working?

If you reach a sticking point in terms of weight loss after the above corrctive measures then perhaps go for something like HEAT that has recieved tonnes of rave reviews here and elsewhere... B)

ok u cant spot reduce fat,u will need to lower all over body fat inorder to get that area sorted,it seems that u have high estrogen fat patterns,do u also have fat build up on the upper legs/inner thigh and around the chest/breast area? get your diet in order first,do cardio then add in fat burners...

From experience i can say that you can train till blue in the face, if your diet is not correct you wont reach your goals. For the past 3 years i've been training between 10-15hrs per week of which 90% was cardio. My diet was very bad, hence i had a bf ranging from 15-18% constantly. Got the diet sorted and actually doing less cardio and the bf started disapearing. Proof's in the pudding my friend

Friendly note: Diet and pudding should not be used in the same phrase. LOL

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

ok so ive been doing cardio for 6weeks now... have lost 2kg's by still eating the normal things I eat but took away all sugar drinks... I am not a heavy guy... weighing in at 74kg or so... but my belly fat is seriously noticeable and I hate seeing it... so I want to lose it... the things I have been advised to eat will chow my whole salary... what is the norm? what to stay away from and what to eat? but I still want to use this...

THere's the first red light :) Discovery is affiliated to Virgin Active and Woolworths is on Discoverie's rewards programs.

Contact DJ EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED for a diet, that's not pricey

mondays - cardio for one hour
i eat 4 ham, cheese and tamato sandwhiches (white bread bad I know but mom makes them) at 10am
and also 4 at 13:00... I eat nothing before gym, only have a USN sugar free spike afterward else i fall asleep at work... for dinner i eat what my mom has in store...

tuesdays - toning for 40min or so... just light weight gyming... eat nothing in mornings, no drinking of spike... just a jungle energy bar afterward... eat the same sandwhiches...

this continues till friday... mondays, wednesdays and fridays cardio... the other two days toning... i would drink maybe some 100% tropical juice in between else just water...

I reckon its mostly muscle and water you are losing (and not much fat) you need to eat pre and post training, and up your protein as well and change all sorts of things. Well you will have to pay him but send him an email introducing yourself and requesting his help with a meal plan and take it from there
