Just heard that there is fake and very dirty pregnyl doing the rounds in the East Rand area. Appreantly from what I heard one guy has already ended up in hospital and the doctor said he was dumbstruck by the amount of bacteria in the guys bloodstream.
The vials are unmarked so please carefull do not for the sake of a buck or two put your life on the line.
My suspicion is that this shit comes from the same idiot that is selling fake Global Anabolics all around.
Please stick to well known good quality brands that you get from a reputable supplier.
