how much do you take , i dont find it that good. I used to take the biotek labs ones, they were smaller capsules but they were so much better

Well ive taken a sample of the heat just two caps and i was buzzing the whole day but maybe it didnt work for u. If u think the biotek ones work for u than stick to them.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

ABC01 and vega5 they have sorted out the issue that they have had...u can ask the biggest critic of them all jackrabbit1 who will vouch that everything is back to the way it was.

Mmmmmmm - took one as soon as i got it and a couple of hours later braved the next for training. No lethargy etc and i had tremmors. Going to pop 2 for cardio and a touch of quads just now - watch this space.

I'm just tired of talking about the old vs new Heat. I'm very happy with the current one. I can eat pizza and KFC while using it and still lose body fat, what a bargain.

I was taking it and still have some left. Never took the old stuff, but HEAT makes me feel "zoned out". Like i'm stoned or something. Took two caps and ended up sitting on gym machine kinda day dreaming. Not just me tho, it has the same affect on my boet also. I dont really rate it, like i said i still have 3/4 left.

walnut take it back to your supplier and ask them for the ones that have got heat written on the capsule,i bet u right now your tune will change... jackrabbit1 also used to get that now look what he said in the post above...problem has been sorted.

i have taken heat before but not the ones with heat written on the caps ... i buzzed for like an hour or two but then crashed hard ... is that normal ..
