how much do you take , i dont find it that good. I used to take the biotek labs ones, they were smaller capsules but they were so much better

Well ive taken a sample of the heat just two caps and i was buzzing the whole day but maybe it didnt work for u. If u think the biotek ones work for u than stick to them.

The old HEAT was great but the new one is a waste of money in my opinion

I'm just tired of talking about the old vs new Heat. I'm very happy with the current one. I can eat pizza and KFC while using it and still lose body fat, what a bargain.

OK! Dont take 2. Take 1 for a while and then 2. Too much for me at this stage.

I was taking it and still have some left. Never took the old stuff, but HEAT makes me feel "zoned out". Like i'm stoned or something. Took two caps and ended up sitting on gym machine kinda day dreaming. Not just me tho, it has the same affect on my boet also. I dont really rate it, like i said i still have 3/4 left.

If it wasn't for the dam drug lords making tic, etc. We wouldn't have had this problem in the first place.. But no they gone and ruined it for everyone.
